Trainee Business development Manager
for Travel & Tourism Startup (On Contract)
Locations - Dharamshala Kangra, Manali Mandi, Shimla Solan
As Trainee business development manager you play a very important role towards the growth of the organization.
As part of this role you are responsible for acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, and driving sales of the organization
You will work closely with the business head and Retain/
acquire new accounts/ clients in the specified region/ market
JOB DESCRIPTION
Meeting owners of Hotels, home stays or farm stays resorts
and camps, travel agents for tie ups with the company
To increase number of partner base
Achieving tie up numbers daily/weekly / monthly through
acquisition of new partners
To regularly maintain the data
To regularly coordinate with the partners for bookings
/cancellation.
Interacting with guests, Handling customers queries and
complaints
Ability to offer customized tour packages
Keeping an eye on competitors and reporting the same on
regular basis
Generating leads for the company’s customized model
Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition,
pricing and other factors influencing sales
The performance to be reviewed after 3 months
Qualifications
Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
Prior relevant experience in sales will be preferred

Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit,
