Dalhousie Khajjiar The Mini Switzerland

Khajjiar also known as Mini Switzerland of India or Mini Gulmarg of Himachal is about 23 kms from Dalhousie. The panoramic Khajjiar is located at an altitude of over 6400 ft.

The highlighting point of Khajjiar is that its lush green meadows which are surrounded by Deodar trees, thick pine trees and cedar forests is really breathtaking. The view grazing herds of sheep, goats and other milch cattle is truly mesmerizing in Kahjjiar and gives you the natural pastoral scenery. Inside the saucer shaped beauty you will see a very small lake in Khajjiar.
